September Business Card Special Terms & Conditions

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the design of 1-sided, flat-printed business cards. The design work included in this special will involve the placement of the provided logo and information on the business card only. No additional design work or customization is included.

The client is responsible for providing the following:

• Logo in a high-resolution format      suitable for printing (e.g., PNG, JPEG, or vector format)
• Business      Information to      be included on the card, such as:
  • Name
  • Title/Position
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Website URL
  • Address (if applicable)

The information provided must be accurate and complete. Any errors or omissions in the provided information are the client’s responsibility.

The design service provided under this agreement includes only the following:

• Placement of the      client-provided logo
• Insertion of the      client-provided business information

This service does not include:

• Logo design or modifications
• Additional graphic design      elements or custom artwork
• Double-sided card design or      special printing techniques (e.g., embossing, foil stamping)

The total price for the business card design service must be paid in full prior to the initiation of any design work. No design work will begin until the payment is successfully received.

Once the design has been completed with the provided logo and information, a proof will be sent to the client for review and approval. It is the client’s responsibility to carefully review the proof for accuracy in spelling, layout, and content.

Upon approval of the proof, no further changes can be made, and the design will be sent for print. Any errors found after the proof approval will be the client’s responsibility, and additional charges may apply for revisions or reprints.

The turnaround time for the design and proof process will depend on the timely submission of the required logo and information by the client. Delays in providing the necessary elements may extend the time required to complete the project.

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. If we choose to cancel the project after work has commenced, we may issue a partial refund based on the progress of the project.

Once the project has been initiated and design work has commenced, no refunds will be issued. However, if we decide to cancel the project, we reserve the right to provide a partial refund based on the amount of work completed.

This special offer is limited to a 1-sided, flat-print business card design. Any additional design requests or changes beyond what is outlined here will be subject to additional fees and must be agreed upon in writing before commencement.

By making payment for the business card design services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions in full.
