This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the service of posting a client-provided flyer to a total of 3 designated Facebook groups. The Facebook groups will be chosen by the service provider, and this special offer includes only the posting of the flyer to these specified groups. No additional promotion or posting beyond this scope is included.
The client must provide a flyer that meets the following specifications:
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the flyer is provided in the correct format. Any delays or additional work required due to incorrect sizing or resolution may result in a delay in the posting.
Payment for the flyer posting service must be made in full prior to the flyer being posted to any Facebook groups. No postings will be initiated until the payment is successfully received.
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. If we decide to cancel the project after payment has been made, we may issue a partial refund based on the progress of the project.

Once the flyer posting has been initiated, no refundswill be issued. However, if we decide to cancel the project before any postings are made, we reserve the right to provide a partial refund at our discretion.
The flyer will be posted to the designated Facebook groups within a reasonable time after receipt of payment and the properly formatted flyer. Delays in submitting the required flyer format may extend the posting timeframe.
By making payment for the Facebook flyer posting service, the client agrees to these terms and conditions in full.
